The Bears signed quarterback Andy Dalton, a three-time Pro Bowler, to a $10 million deal, according to reports.

CHICAGO — The Bears signed quarterback Andy Dalton, who played for the Cowboys and Bengals, to a one-year contract worth up to $13 million, according to published reports.
Former Cowboys' QB Andy Dalton is signing a one-year, $10 million deal, with the chance to earn another $3 million in incentives, with the Chicago Bears, per sources.

Dalton, who was a free-agent, is a three-time Pro Bowl quarterback who was drafted by the Cincinnati Bengals in 2011. He led the Bengals to the playoffs five times and was selected for the Pro Bowl three times. Last year, he signed a one-year deal to play for the Dallas Cowboys.
Bears offensive coordinator Bill Lazor coached Dalton in Cincinnati between 2106 and 2018.

During his 10-year career, Dalton has thrown for 33,764 yards with 218 touchdown passes and a 74-66-2 record as a starter.
