Chesterbrook Academy Students Donate to Feed My Starving Children
Students at Chesterbrook Academy Preschool raised money for Feed my Starving Children through a quarter drive and bake sales
Students from Chesterbrook Academy Preschools in the Chicago area (including Bartlett, Lisle, Naperville, Oswego, Saint Charles, Shorewood, Westmont and Wheaton) recently held bake sales and quarter drives to raise funds for Feed My Starving Children. Together, the schools raised more than $1,175, which will provide 4,717 nutritious meals to hungry children around the world. On July 18, a group of principals from Chesterbrook Academy Preschools presented the check donation to representatives at Feed My Starving Children. Students from Chesterbrook Academy Preschools in Oswego and Shorewood also volunteered to help hand-pack meals, which are specifically formulated for malnourished children. Through this initiative, students learned the importance of helping children in need.
