Chicago Heroes: Help Patch Recognize Those Making A Difference
The helpers are the people who make life better. Nominate your Local Heroes to give them the recognition they deserve. Presented by Ring.

CHICAGO — "Not all heroes wear capes." As far as adages go, it may have seemed cliche before the pandemic. But over the past few months, it's become a simple fact. From doctors and nurses to teachers and delivery drivers, the heroes of 2020 didn't sign up to carry society through this crisis, but that's the role they have found themselves in, often without extra pay or even recognition.
Patch has partnered with Ring to shine a spotlight on the neighborhood heroes who are making a difference in their communities, whether it's the clerk at your local grocery store who went above and beyond to help you, the nurse who tended a sick family member or the stranger who showed you a moment of kindness.
Let us know about those making a difference by filling out the form below, and we'll be happy to share their impact with the rest of the community. Contributions big and small are important and valued, and bonus points if any of your local heroes actually did wear a cape.
