Pride Month is a time to reflect on the trials the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, and Queer (LGBTQ+) community has endured and celebrate the contributions many have made and continue to make for equality. That is why the Chicagoland Chamber of Commerce is proud to celebrate and take part in Pride Month and recognize the resilience of the individuals who work tirelessly to fight for the LGBTQ+ community to live freely and authentically, as well as celebrate the progress that has been made.

Throughout June, Chamber staff were invited to participate in events and review news, articles, and resources to gain a broader and in-depth understanding of the LGBTQ+ community — the history, trailblazers, policies, and so much more.

The Chicagoland Chamber of Commerce staff are proud to show their true colors this Pride Month by celebrating the LGBTQ+ community and what is most important — living openly, with confidence and authenticity.
