CHICAGO — Jussie Smollett is now facing deeper legal troubles after a grand jury returned 16 federal counts of disorderly conduct against the actor for allegedly staging a hate crime attack in January.
The grand jury returned the indictment on Thursday and accuses Smollett of falsifying a crime.
