$50,000 Bail Ordered for Brothers in Attempted Kidnapping Case
A $50,000 bail was ordered Monday for both Reynaldo Bello-Flores, 21, and Fernando Bello-Garcia, 24, two brothers charged with attempting to kidnap a man outside a Prospect Heights grocery store.
