MTV 'Real World' Casting Call Coming To Chicago

The reality series is relaunching, and the show will be in the city in December to look for its 7 new cast members.

CHICAGO — MTV is partnering with Facebook to relaunch its seminal reality series "The Real World." And casting directors will be coming to Chicago next month as part of their search for seven strangers who will have their lives taped to find out what happens when people stop being polite and … well, you know the rest.

The Chicago casting call will be from 10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at the Printers Row Bar Louie, 47 W. Polk St. All applicants must be at least 21 by and have a copy of a photo ID with birth date on it.

Potential cast members are encouraged to complete a short bio online in order to receive a scheduled appointment time at the casting call and a link to an application. Individuals don't have to apply online, but waiting in line during the open call could be significantly longer.
