White Sox, Cubs, Cirque Du Soleil: Top Chicago 4th Of July Events

CHICAGO — The Fourth of July holiday is so close, you can practically smell the burgers and hot dogs on the grill. And as if fireworks weren't entertaining enough, several big concerts, shows and games will be held this year to make the midsummer holiday even more special.

The Chicago White Sox (38-42) will try to turn their season around this week with a home stand against the Detroit Tigers (27-51) and cross-town rival Chicago Cubs (45-38) at Guaranteed Rate Field.
