Zippy Shell of Greater Mobile Announces New Warehouse Facility

MOBILE, Ala. – Zippy Shell of Greater Mobile announced today that it is opening a new warehouse facility. The moving and storage company, which opened in June 2015, has out grown their current warehouse facility.

Zippy Shell offers customers a simple cost-effective way to securely transport or store their personal belongings. The climate-controlled warehouse facility is a safe, secure place for customers to keep their belongs until they are ready to be transported.

“When launching Zippy Shell a little over 18 months ago, I never would have thought we’d grow out of our facility, at least not so quickly,” said John Pearson, co-owner of Zippy Shell of Greater Mobile, which he operates with his wife Margaret Pearson. “This is an exciting time for our team and we want to give a big thank you to our community. Without the support of the local residents and businesses and guidance from the Zippy Shell corporate team, the growth we’ve experienced wouldn’t be possible. We are looking forward to opening the new facility and continuing to serve the greater Mobile community.”

The new facility is 22,000 square feet, which is more than twice the size of the company’s current facility. The new space has a modern design, with top of the line climate control options and high-end security features. The new facility also has office space that will act as home base for the team.
