JOLIET, IL — Do you know who this alleged credit card thief is? According to the Joliet Police Department, he attempted to purchase items with the stolen card at Walmart in the 2400 block of West Jefferson Street. The vehicle he used to get away in is also shown in the photo. The incident occurred at 10:27 p.m. Dec. 6.
