Have Breakfast With A Python In Joliet

Here's a fun chance to learn about snakes while munching on some pancakes.

JOLIET, IL — Do you want to eat breakfast with a python? You'll have a chance next Saturday, April 7, at the Pilcher Park Nature Center.

The Joliet Park District is advertising the event on their website. "Sabrina the python and her scaly friends will join you while you dine on freshly made pancakes, sausage, and milk," the website says.

Sabrina the python will be featured at the breakfast. A naturalist will teach attendees about the "slithering residents" of the nature center. After the breakfast, you'll have the chance to touch the snakes and make a craft.
