All defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.

Dorothy J. Campbell, 68, of the 300 block of Youngs Ave., was charged with retail theft. The arrest occurred in the 2500 block of W. Jefferson.

Terrance D. Brooks, 38, of the 900 block of Sudbury Ct., was charged with two counts of unlawful delivery of a controlled substance and a complaint warrant. The arrest occurred in the 2200 block of W. Jefferson.

Christopher L. Johnson, 47, of the 19700 block of NE Frontage Road in Shorewood, was picked up on a Will County warrant. The arrest occurred in the 1400 block of W. Jefferson.

Ross M. Wolthius, 26, of the 15300 block of S. Joliet Road in Plainfield, was picked up on a DuPage County warrant. The arrest occurred in the 100 block of W. Washington.

Juan Gallegos, 18, of the 500 block of Ohio Street, was charged with criminal damage to property. The arrest occurred in the 200 block of Parks. T

Preston E. Moore, 38, of the 34300 block of S. Hickory St. in Wilmington, was charged with home invasion, robbery and aggravated domestic battery. The arrest occurred in the 300 block of Madison Street.

Terrance D. Brooks, 38, of the 900 block of Sudbury Drive, was charged with possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver and possession of drug equipment. The arrest occurred in the 2200 block of W. Jefferson.

Fatima R. Abdallah, 21, of the 14900 block of Lawndale Ave. in Midlothian, was charged with criminal damage to property. The arrest occurred in the 3700 block of Sumac Drive.

Timothy C. Pivoney, 30, of the 1200 block of Richmond, was picked up on a Will County warrant. The arrest occurred in the 1200 block of Richmond.

Giovanni Alejandre, 25, of the 200 block of S. Pleasant, was charged with reckless discharge of a firearm. The arrest occurred in the 200 block of S. Pleasant.
