JOLIET, IL — Community members and Joliet Mayor Bob O’Dekirk came out to celebrate the annual tree lighting ceremony in downtown Joliet Friday.

The festivities began at 9:30 a.m. and culminated with the tree lighting and parade. Lighting the tree was Madison Palacios.
