Road Closure Expected from Route 53 to Route 52 Starting Monday

Beginning Monday, December 2^nd, Laraway Road from Route 53 (S. Chicago Street) to Route 52 (Manhattan Road) will be closed to through traffic. Pipeline repair work will be the cause for the closure. The work is expected to be completed within a few weeks, and the road will reopen on Friday, December 20^th.

During the closure, a detour route will be posted for drivers to use. Motorists are encouraged to reduce speed, use caution and seek alternative routes when traveling through the area.
