2 Arrested on Drug Charges in Brooklyn Park

Police arrested a man and a woman at the Budget Plaza Motel in Brooklyn Park Thursday and charged them with several drug offenses, police said.

Barrow Shendell Staten, 39, and Patricia Lynell Moore, 48, were arrested and charged with numerous drug-related offenses, according to a police press release.

Detectives served a search warrant at room 125 in the Budget Plaza Motel at about 6 p.m. Thursday. During the search, detectives seized 70 capsules of suspected heroin, .33 grams of suspected crack cocaine, $436 in cash and drug paraphernalia.
