AACoPD Searching For Male Suspect In Thursday Glen Burnie Robbery

The man entered the At Home store on Ritchie Highway Thursday night, displayed a knife and was handed the cash drawer. He then fled.

GLEN BURNIE, MD —The Anne Arundel County Police Department is searching for a man who carried out a Thursday night robbery at the At Home store in Glen Burnie.

According to reports, a little before 9:30 p.m., the unknown male suspect entered the store, located at 6716 Ritchie Highway, displayed a knife and demanded cash from the store clerk. The clerk handed over the cash drawer, and the suspect fled toward Ritchie Highway. No injuries were reported.

AACoPD officers were called to the scene at approximately 9:30 p.m. They searched the area, but were unable to locate the suspect.

The suspect is described as a white male, who is about 30 to 40 years old. He was wearing a white hooded sweatshirt, red shorts, black shoes and a black hat at the time of the robbery.
