Bathroom Stall Intruder at Panera Bread

A woman said she saw a male suspect hold a camera phone under the stall as she used the Panera Bread restroom.

A male suspect allegedly held his cell phone camera under the stall Sunday as a woman used the restroom at Panera Bread in Glen Burnie, police said.

Police responded to the restaurant in the 6600 block of Ritchie Highway the next day for a report of a suspect who attempted to take photographs or video of a 19-year-old female employee, according to a police press release.

Officers spoke with the woman, who said she was using the restroom at about 6:10 p.m. Sunday when an unknown male entered the bathroom and held a camera phone under the stall.

Police said they believe the suspect intended to record or take pictures of her. The suspect fled the store and the employee reported the incident Monday.
