2 Stabbed in Brooklyn Park
A 37-year-old woman and a male of an unknown age were hospitalized with serious and life-threatening wounds, a fire spokesman said.

A 37-year-old woman and a male of unknown age were taken to Maryland Shock Trauma on Sunday night after an apparent stabbing incident, fire and police officials said.
Anne Arundel County police and fire personnel responded to the 300 block of Orchard Avenue in Brooklyn Park at about 8:05 p.m. for a reported stabbing.
Medical personnel found the two people suffering from stab wounds and transported them to Shock Trauma, fire spokesman Lt. Cliff Kooser said.

Police spokesman Lt. James Fredericks said the details of the stabbing are unclear.
"It appears the incident occurred within the household, meaning it wasn't an issue of a home invasion," Fredericks said. He added that he did not know the relationship between the two people.
