Capital: Baltimore Man Takes Plea Agreement in Child Molestation Case

The [Annapolis] Capital reported Tuesday that a Baltimore man accepted a plea agreement as he faced charges that he inappropriately touched his Glen Burnie landlord's 5-year-old daughter in October 2010.
George Cosner, 37, entered an Alford plea, which means he maintains his innocence while admitting that the prosecution has enough evidence to convict and carries the consequences of a guilty plea, the Capital reported.
Cosner was charged with inappropriately touching the 5-year-old daughter of the woman who rented him a room in her Glen Burnie basement, according to the Capital.
