Cheapest Gas in Town

We're back this week with a roundup of the three cheapest reported gas prices in Glen Burnie.

Since we last checked in, prices reportedly have dropped 26 cents to $3.079 in the 21060 ZIP code since Sept. 27. Prices in the 21061 ZIP code decreased 17 cents to $3.209 since we checked in Sept. 27.

AAA lists the following ways to save gas when you're between fill-ups:

• Avoid idling when possible;
• Use cruise control when possible and maintain constant speed;
• Avoid carrying more weight (the heavier your car is, the more gas you use);
• Don’t brake or accelerate too quickly; and
• Keep tires properly filled.

Here is a rundown on the three lowest reported regular gas prices in Glen Burnie from Motor Trend as of Monday evening.
