County Police Make Several Drug Arrests at Starscape
Seven people were arrested in areas around Fort Armistead Park where the annual music festival was held.
Anne Arundel County police arrested seven people on drug charges in areas surrounding the annual Starscape music festival held at Fort Armistead Park in Baltimore last weekend.
The event, which police described as a "rave party," featured a large outdoor music festival with three outdoor stages and a laser light show and lasted from 2 p.m. Saturday to 6 a.m. Sunday.
Anne Arundel County officers worked with the Maryland Transportation Authority police and arrested seven people and seized 20 grams of suspected marijuana, two Ecstasy pills, 9.92 grams of liquid and tab form LSD and $384 in cash, according to a police press release.

Police arrested the following people:
- James Donald Ruffin, 26, of the 1500 block of Woodcliff Drive in Sandy Springs, GA. Charged with distribution of LSD, possession with intent to distribute LSD and possession of LSD.
- Jacob Asa Windeagle Ridgeway, 20, of the 1200 block of Vinton Terrace in Silver Spring. Charged with distribution of LSD, possession with intent to distribute LSD and possession of LSD.
- Andrew Mark Goodman, 20, of the 100 block of 89th Street in Howard Beach, NY. Charged with distribution of marijuana, possession with intent to distribute marijuana, possession of marijuana and possession of Ecstasy.
- Lindsey Buchanan Welling, 20, of the unit block of Turnberry Court in Lutherville. Charged with possession of marijuana.
- Ashleigh Shannon Dulman, 19, of the unit block of Wexford Drive in Mansfield, MA. Charged with possession of marijuana.
- Summer Sunshine Broeckx-Smith, 19, of the unit block of Sheppard Avenue in Albany, NY. Charged with possession of marijuana, possession of Ecstasy and possession of drug paraphernalia.
- David Phillip Shuttleworth, 19, of the unit block of John Larken Drive in Garnett Valley, PA. Charged with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
