The commission is encouraging residents to attend and participate in the hearing process by offering suggestions for changes to the charter.
Every 10 years, in the year following the last National Census, the county council appoints an Anne Arundel County Charter Review Commission to evaluate the County Charter to determine if the charter should be revised.
