Family of Wandering Toddler Thank Police, Off-Duty Firefighter
A three-year-old was found walking down a street in Linthicum last week.

Parents are typically happy to get a picture of their smiling kid sent to their phone.
In the case of Paul Marshall, his heart dropped at 4 a.m. last Tuesday, when his neighbor passed along a picture of his son, Paulie.
Paulie was supposed to be in bed, not inside a cop car.
Andrew Hoffman, an off-duty firefighter for the City of Baltimore, was driving on West Maple Road in Linthicum at around 3:45 a.m. when he saw the toddler
walking down the street, according to The Baltimore Sun.
Police responded within minutes, and sent a picture to residents in the neighborhood, The Sun reports.
Thanks to Hoffman and the responsive police officers, Paulie found his way back home that day.
On Wednesday, Paulie's family formally thanked Hoffman and the Anne Arundel County police, in a press conference at police headquarters in Millersville.
