Sure, here in Maryland, we've got seafood. Our crabs are famous and our oysters and bluefish are renowned. But nobody does seafood quite like the Japanese. While crab shacks may outnumber sushi houses in local neighborhoods, we still have a variety of eateries serving up sushi. I guess I consider myself a sushi connoisseur. Before moving to Glen Burnie last year I had sushi at least once a week. My favorite sushi place, J&amp;D Restaurant, opened and closed earlier this year. The sushi there looked like art!
