Glen Burnie-Based NovaSom Inc. Closing Its Headquarters

GLEN BURNIE, MD — NovaSom Inc. has filed paperwork under the Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification Act that it intends to close its Glen Burnie headquarters effective Sept. 1. Located at 108 Cromwell Park Dr., the closure will directly impact 169 employees. The company develops home tests for obstructive sleep apnea.

According to the Baltimore Business Journal, the Anne Arundel Economic Development Corp. intends to help the 169 affected employees find local employment. The group will work with state entities to help impacted employees by giving them access to career services and training services in order to find similar or new positions.
