Glen Burnie Shopper Wins $5,000 at Cromwell Field Giant

Cromwell Field Giant shopper Amy Cummings won $5,000 in the store's 2012 Triple Winner Program.

The game raises money for pediatric cancer research while giving customers a chance to win big, according to a press release.

According to the release:

Giant launched its eighth annual Triple Winner game in April to raise money for the Pediatric Oncology Division at the Johns Hopkins Kimmel Cancer Center and The Children’s Cancer Foundation, Inc. Customers could donated $1 to the cause at registers and received a scratch off card with the chance to win free products, gift cards, and cash prizes.

Cummings recently was presented with a check from Giant Public and Community Relations Manager Jamie Miller and store manager Tim Mengele.
