Halethorpe Man Charged in Glen Burnie Armed Robbery

Anne Arundel County police have charged a Halethorpe man in an armed robbery at a gas station in Glen Burnie.Â
Kevin Michael Moore, 23, of the unit block of Twin Circle Way in Halethorpe, was charged with robbery, first- and second-degree assault and reckless endangerment. He is being held on $500,000 bail, according to online court records.
Police responded at around 5:46 a.m. Tuesday to the Xtra Mart in the 7700 block of Baltimore Annapolis Boulevard for a reported man with a gun.
A man there said he was getting gas when a robber pointed a handgun at him and demanded money, according to police. The robber then ran away toward Normandy Drive.
Police searched the area and found a man matching the description of the robber, and the victim identified him, according to police.Â
The weapon used in the robbery was recovered, according to police.
