Lil Guardian Angels Store Robbed Saturday Afternoon
Man walked in with a knife and took cash from the register.

Anne Arundel County police officers are searching for a man who robbed the Lil Guardian Angels store in Glen Burnie on Saturday afternoon.
At about 3:30 p.m., police officers were called to the store, located at #8A Central Avenue, for an armed robbery. Once they arrived, officers spoke with the store clerk, who said that a white man in his 50s, wearing a dark T-shirt, blue jeans and a green knit cap, pulled out a knife and annnounced a robbery.
According to police, the man, who also had a bold orange stripe over his face, walked around the counter and demanded money from the register. An undetermined amount of money was taken. The man fled the store on foot, possibly down the bike trail, according to police information.

County officers canvassed the area and spoke to nearby businesses to get further information, but were unable to develop any new leads. A K-9 and aviation unit also checked the area for the man, but couldn't find him.
The investigation is ongoing.
