Man Robbed at Knifepoint in Brooklyn Park

Anne Arundel County police are seeking information on a suspect who robbed a man at knifepoint early Friday in Brooklyn Park, according to a department press release.

Shortly before 1:30 a.m., a man approached the 31-year-old victim in the area of Old Riverside Road and 5th Avenue, displayed a knife and demanded money. The man took cash out of the victim's wallet and ran away.

Arriving officers searched the immediate area but failed to locate the suspect. Police described the suspect as a white male, wearing a dirty white t-shirt and a white, orange and black Orioles baseball cap.
