Man Stabbed While Protecting Brooklyn Park Home
Police are seeking a man who stabbed a 66-year-old Brooklyn Park man at his home on Wednesday night.

Anne Arundel County police are seeking a man involved in a stabbing at a Brooklyn Park home on Wednesday night, according to a department press release.
At approximately 10 p.m., a man knocked on the door of a residence on the 5600 block of Patrick Henry Drive and attempted to force his way into the home when the homeowner answered. The victim, a 66-year-old man, struggled to keep the man out of the home and the suspect stabbed him in the arm before fleeing on foot toward Church Street, according to police.
An emergency crew transported the victim to Baltimore Washington Medical Center with non-life threatening injuries, the release stated.
Arriving officers searched the immediate area, but failed to locate the suspect.
"At this time, it is unknown if this was a random or targeted incident," said police spokesman Justin Mulcahy, in the release.
