North Arundel Aquatic Center To Reopen June 14
The North Arundel Aquatic Center has been closed since May 29 for maintenance and will reopen June 14. The water park will open June 21.
GLEN BURNIE, MD — The North Arundel Aquatic Center will reopen June 14 after being shut down for maintenance since May 29. The Glen Burnie facility offers drop-in swimming for lap swimming and fitness swimming, as well as hot tubs.
The water park will open June 21 when Anne Arundel County Public Schools ends its spring term. The water park will be open from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., 12:45 to 2:15 p.m., and 2:30 to 4 p.m. There are water fitness classes at 9 a.m. and 10 a.m. every day starting June 14.
The Arundel Olympic Swim Center is the county's largest public indoor swimming facility with a temperature-controlled indoor 50-meter by 25-yard swimming pool with an adjacent wading pool, a poolside 17-person spa and two 1-meter diving boards. The pool is open seven days a week. Children must be 3 years old and toilet trained to use the facility, which is located in Annapolis.

- Hillsmere Community Pool, 100 Phipps Ln., Annapolis
- Greenview Drive Pool Complex, 14403 Greenview Drive, Laurel
