Pasadena Man Dies in I-97 Motorcycle Crash

The crash happened Saturday night near the intersection at Dorsey Road. The victim was identified as a 28-year-old man from Pasadena.

One man died Saturday night after crashing his motorcycle on Interstate 97 northbound near the intersection of Dorsey Road. 

The crash happened at about 10 p.m., according to a spokesman from the Anne Arundel County Fire Department.

WMAR-TV ABC2 identified the victim as Kenneth Page Hilliard, 28, of Pasadena. He was reportedly speeding and weaving through traffic when he rear-ended an SUV and was thrown from the motorcycle. His license had been suspended and he did not have a motorcycle license, ABC2 reported. 

Division Chief Keith Swindle of the Anne Arundel County Fire Department said the victim was pronounced dead at the scene. One other person sustained minor injuries and was transported to Baltimore-Washington Medical Center.
