Pedestrian in Life-Threatening Condition After Being Hit

Medics took a man believed to be about 47 years old to the Shock Trauma Center after being hit Saturday morning while in the area of Dorsey Road and Baltimore Annapolis Boulevard in Glen Burnie.

Anne Arundel County medics took a pedestrian to the hospital with serious and life-threatening injuries Saturday morning after they said he was hit by a vehicle in Glen Burnie, fire officials said.

Medics responded to the area of Dorsey Road and Baltimore Annapolis Boulevard at about 8:30 a.m. Saturday for a report of a pedestrian struck, according to fire spokesman Capt. James Rostek.

They transported a man believed to be about 47 years old to the Shock Trauma Center in Baltimore, Rostek said.
