PHOTOS: Lindale Begins Week-Long Campout for Food Donations

For the second year, Shawn Wingard and other Lindale Middle School faculty are in an effort to collect food donations to give to the Anne Arundel County Food and Resource Bank.

I stopped by at around 4:30 p.m. Monday to drop off some canned goods as the snow finally began to fall in the area and wish the group of teachers well.

During the hour or so I spent with the teachers about three cars dropped off food, though Wingard said they expect the biggest rush of donations to come on Thursday.

If you haven't already, make sure you stop by . They'll be there taking donations every night from 3-10 p.m. through Thursday. Or you can drop off your donations in the school office from 7 a.m.-2 p.m. through Friday.
