Police Arrest Glen Burnie Woman in Connection with Domestic Assault of Boyfriend
Police also reported two attempted robberies in Glen Burnie over the weekend.

Anne Arundel County police arrested a Glen Burnie woman early Sunday morning in connection with the domestic assault of her boyfriend.
Kristin Elizabeth Blue, 29, of Glen Burnie was charged with first- and second-degree assault and reckless endangerment.

According to a police press release, officers responded to the 8100 block of Harold Court for a reported domestic assault, according to online court records.
Once on the scene, officers spoke with a man who said he and Blue were arguing when she grabbed a large kitchen knife and blocked the door, preventing the man from being able to leave the apartment.
The man told police that as he tried to pass Blue, they began to struggle over the knife and both sustained minor lacerations. Blue was arrested and transported to (BWMC) to be treated for her injuries.
Linthicum Heights: Attempted robbery
Police said a man tried to rob a Linthicum pizza store Sunday afternoon.
Officers responded to the Planet Pizza at about 2 p.m. for a reported attempted robbery.
Once on the scene, officers spoke with the owner of the business who said a man entered the store and demanded money. The owner said he refused to give the man any money and the man ran from the area heading north on Baltimore Annapolis Boulevard.
Several officers and a K-9 unit searched the area but were unable to locate the man, police said.
Glen Burnie: Attempted robbery
A man attempted to rob a 50-year-old man Saturday afternoon in the laundry room area of his residence, police said.
According to a police press release, officers responded to the 400 block of Old Stage Road in Glen Burnie for a reported robbery.
Once on the scene, officers spoke with the victim who said he was in the laundry room area when a man entered and began to punch him. Once the victim was on the ground, he said the suspect went through his pockets but found no money and then ran from the area in an unknown direction.
Several officers and a K-9 unit searched the area but were unable to find the man, police said. The victim was transported to BWMC where he was treated for his injuries, which were not life-threatening.
