Police Arrest Waldorf Teen in Connection with Robbery in Glen Burnie
The 15-year-old boy was arrested and committed to the Cheltenham Youth Facility in Prince George's County, police said.

Anne Arundel County police arrested a 15-year-old Waldorf boy Wednesday night in connection with a robbery in Glen Burnie.
According to a press release, officers responded to the 8000 block of Greenleaf Terrace at about 7 p.m. for a reported robbery in front of the Target store located in the 7900 block of Nolpark Court.
Once on the scene, officers saw several people running from the area. An officer reportedly chased one of them and apprehended him, suspecting he had been involved in the robbery.

Additional officers arrived and spoke with a 21-year-old man, who said he was walking in the area of Greenleaf Terrace and Crainmont Drive when he was hit from behind and from the side before falling to the ground.
The man told police that one suspect went through his pockets and took a cell phone before running on Crainmont Drive toward Nolpark Road with another suspect.

Police charged the 15-year-old boy with a juvenile citation and continue to investigate the identity of the second suspect.
