Police Charge 2 After Seizing Crack, Marijuana in Glen Burnie

Police charge two from Pasadena with drug possession after investigating "a suspicious vehicle and subjects."

Anne Arundel County police arrested two Pasadena residents after finding crack cocaine and marijuana inside a vehicle Monday afternoon in Glen Burnie.

At approximately 4:30 p.m., officers investigated what police describe as "a suspicious vehicle and subjects" in a parking lot on the 800 block of Aquahart Road.

Police found 10.19 grams of crack cocaine, with an estimated value of $900, and a small amount of marijuana. The officers also seized the vehicle and $652 in cash.

Police charged Kevin Sterling Boone, 49, with two counts of drug possession and one count of drug possession with intent to distribute. They also charged Denise Carol Dermota, 49, with possession of marijuana, drug possession and paraphernalia possession.
