Police Find Heroin on Brooklyn Park Man
Police responded to drug complaints from residents arrested one man with $200 worth of heroin in his possession.
Anne Arundel County police arrested a Brooklyn Park man on Aug. 1 after officers found $200 worth of heroin in his possession, according to a department press release.
At about 9:30 p.m., officers responding to resident drug complaints saw a man they suspected to be involved in drug activity near Victory Avenue and Alley 23, according to police.
The officers contacted the man and found 14 capsules of heroin in his possession, police said.
Police arrested Qwize Yaso Butcher, 19, and charged him with possession of heroin and possession of heroin with intent to distribute.
