Police Report Robbery, Attempted Robbery in Glen Burnie
Police said the two separate incidents occurred on Thursday night and Friday morning.

Glen Burnie: Robbery
Anne Arundel County police said a man assaulted a 42-year-old man in Glen Burnie on Friday morning.

According to a police press release, officers responded to the 6300 block of Carolina Avenue in Glen Burnie for a reported robbery.
Once on the scene, officers spoke to the victim who said a man assaulted him from behind as he walked to his vehicle. The man reportedly took the victim's wallet and fled the scene. Police said the man who was robbed suffered minor injuries but refused to be treated.

Officers searched the area but were unable to locate the suspect.
Glen Burnie: Attempted Robbery
Two men attempted to rob a 39-year-old man as he parked his vehicle Thursday evening in the Old Stage Apartments in Glen Burnie, police said.
According to a police release, officers responded to Old Stage apartments at about 10:30 p.m. Thursday after the incident was reported.
Once on the scene, officers spoke with the victim who said he was parking his vehicle in the 300 block of Old Stage Road when two men approached him. The victim told police one man implied that he was armed with a handgun but said he never saw a weapon.
The men were not able to take the victim's property, police said. The men reportedly ran from the scene in an unknown direction. Police said several officers and a K-9 unit searched the area but were not able to find the two suspects.
