Police Seek Help Locating Man in Connection with Armed Robbery of Wawa
Anne Arundel County Police released surveillance camera photos of the man they believe is responsible for the armed robbery of the Wawa store located on Quarterfield Road in Glen Burnie.
Anne Arundel County Police officers released surveillance camera photos of a man who they say robbed a Glen Burnie Wawa store at gunpoint early Sunday morning.
The suspect is described as being a black man standing about 5-feet-6-inches tall and was wearing a blue ski mask.
According to a police press release, officers responded to the store located in the 7600 block fo Quarterfield Road at about 12:05 a.m. Sunday for a reported armed robbery.

Once on the scene, officers spoke with store employess who told them a man entered the store, walked behind the counter armed with a handgun and demanded money. The employees complied and gave the man an undisclosed amount of cash. The suspect then ran from the store toward Route 100, police said.
Officers and a K-9 unit searched the area but were unable to find the man, police said.
