Police Seek Information on Brooklyn Park Tire Slashings

Tires on more than 30 cars were slashed in Brooklyn Park overnight from Thursday into Friday.

Anne Arundel County Police are asking for information about destruction to more than 30 vehicles in Brooklyn Park overnight.

According to a police press release, tires on more than 30 vehicles were slashed in the 500 block of Taney Avenue, the 5200 block of Kramme Avenue, the 5200 block of Ballman Avenue, the 5000 and 5100 blocks of Brookwood Road and the 200 block of Southerly Road. Police, who responded to the streets where the incidents occurred at about 8 a.m. Friday, said the tire slashings occurred overnight.

Officers searched the area but were unable to learn any information that would lead them to a suspect. Anyone with information is asked to call the at 410-222-6135.
