Police Use Taser on Glen Burnie Man, Charge Him With Indecent Exposure
Police said David Rexrode, 44, was apparently under the influence of drugs when he was arrested.

Police had to use a Taser on a Glen Burnie man who was arrested Nov. 5 after he was allegedly seen running around his yard without clothes on and apparently under the influence of drugs.
David Rexrode, 44, was arrested and charged with possession of PCP, resisting arrest, disorderly conduct and indecent exposure.
According to Anne Arundel County Police spokesman Justin Mulcahy, officers responded to the 500 block of Kent Circle at about 9:25 a.m., Nov. 5, for a report of a man running in a yard with no clothes on.

Once on the scene, officers found Rexrode, who apparently was under the influence of drugs. Police said they tasered him to get him under control after he refused to cooperate with officers and resisted arrest. He was taken to the to be treated.
