Police Use Taser on Partially Naked Man
The man allegedly was seen running around Crain Highway early Tuesday morning and resisted arrest.

In the , police used a Taser on a man who allegedly was running partially naked on Crain Highway in Glen Burnie and resisted arrest.
James Frederick Brown, 36, of the 7000 block of Nimitz Drive in Forestville was charged with a number of drug-related offenses, disorderly conduct, resisting arrest and indecent exposure.
According to an Anne Arundel County police press release, officers responded to the area of Hiddenbrook Drive and Crain Highway in Glen Burnie at about 2:15 a.m. Tuesday for a reported indecent exposure incident.

Officers saw Brown partially naked and acting in an incoherent manner, yelling verbal threats and profanities at police, according to the release. Police said he was extremely agitated and appeared to be under the influence of drugs.
When officers approached, they said Brown became aggressive and ignored verbal commands, causing officers to use a Taser on him. Police said Brown continued to resist arrest before numerous officers were able to take him into custody.

Officers said they confiscated 41.6 grams of suspected PCP and 5.6 grams of suspected crack cocaine from Brown. He was taken to for treatment of injuries.
