Q&A: Marley Elementary Student Tiana Walker
Tiana Walker, 7, recently was recognized as a Good Citizen in her first-grade class at Marley. Teachers select two students each month who are recognized for positive attitude, respectfulness and stellar behavior with their classmates and themselves.

Patch caught up with School first-grader Tiana Walker, 7, on Monday as she ate lunch with after being named a Good Citizen for the month of November.

Tiana: Math ... because it's easy.

Tiana: We used Play-Doh to make different shapes.
Glen Burnie Patch: What do you like to do when you're not at school?
Tiana: Play with my Barbies. And watch TV ... My favorite show is iCarly.

Tiana: Chicken nuggets. With ketchup.
Glen Burnie Patch: How does it feel to be selected as a Good Citizen?
Tiana: I feel happy because they take pictures of you and when your parents come [to school] they can see it.
