Wilcox: I had some really great elementary school teachers in third through fifth grade. Just really energetic, motivated teachers. And I really liked them and I really like working with students, so I decided to become a teacher.

Glen Burnie Patch: How did you decide to teach at the elementary school level?
Wilcox: Just the really great elementary school teachers. I actually went to Rippling Woods, which is kind of neat because I still hear about them. One of them is still teaching, but not there anymore.
