Salvation Army Seeks Volunteers
Volunteers are needed in Glen Burnie to help serve lunch to the homeless, assist children with homework and help with sports and arts and crafts.

The Glen Burnie Salvation Army is looking for volunteers to help in a number of ways.

Volunteers are needed to:

- serve lunch to the homeless on Wednesdays and Fridays from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
- assist with homework at the Boys & Girls Club from 3 to 5 p.m. on Mondays through Thursdays (background checks are required).
- help with arts and crafts or sports from 3 to 8 p.m. Monday through Friday.
Donations of nonperishable food items, toiletries, clean clothing, large baby diapers, wipes and more are always needed.
The Salvation Army is located at 511 S. Crain Highway.Â
