Summer Camps, Classes Offered Again To Kids And Adults

ANNE ARUNDEL COUNTY, MD — Summer camps are back on the radar this year after the coronavirus pandemic shut everything down in 2020. Anne Arundel Recreation and Parks Department will host traditional summer fun center camps with themed activities. Outdoor adventure camps are bursting with action-packed outdoor games and activities. Fun in the sun camps will be held in pavilions located at community parks.

There also are specialty camps designed for kids with a medical condition, disability or special needs plan. The county recreation department also offers Abrakadoodle art programs, summer dance programs, adult fitness programs and adult sports leagues. A wide variety of parks programs and events also are being offered all summer long across the county.
