Woodson Brings Turnaround Experience to Glen Burnie Football

Eric Woodson is coaching the Glen Burnie High School football team, after turning Northwestern into a winning program.

Eric Woodson was named the new football coach for Glen Burnie High School last month, and he will be working to turn around his second football program, reports The Capital-Gazette.

Woodson spent the past eight years transforming the program at Northwest High School in Baltimore City from a 2-7 record in 2004 to a playoff team by his fourth year, according to the report.

It has been more than a decade since Glen Burnie has earned a winning record, and Woodson is taking over a team that managed three wins last year.
