Bellingham Man Dies After Driving Off Route 146 In Uxbridge
The incident happened Sunday afternoon, and a 35-year-old Millville man was also injured.
UXBRIDGE, MA — State police have identified a 31-year-old Bellingham man as the victim in a fatal single-vehicle crash along Route 146 Sunday afternoon.
Robert Bilodeau III was driving a pickup in the northbound lanes around 3:30 p.m. when he veered off the highway into the median. Bilodeau then swerved to the east side of the roadway and his truck hit a guardrail and rolled down an embankment into a swampy area.
Bilodeau was ejected from the vehicle and was pronounced dead at the scene, police said. His 35-year-old passenger, a Millville man, was taken to UMass Memorial in Worcester for serious injuries.

The cause of the crash was still under investigation on Monday afternoon, according to state police.
