Norfolk Man Charged After Waving Gun At Milford Hotel

Foxborough police arrested the 37-year-old after the Monday morning incident.

MILFORD, MA — A Norfolk man was arrested and charged Monday after he pulled a gun on another person at a Milford hotel during a possible domestic disturbance, according to police.

The incident happened just before noon at the DoubleTree by Hilton along Beaver Street. A passerby saw Matthew Pasionek, 37, arguing with a woman in the parking lot and made eye contact with the him, according to Milford police.

That's when Pasionek pulled a gun out of his pants and waved it at the passerby, according to the Milford police log. Pasionek also spit at the passerby, police said.

Pasionek left the hotel in a black SUV, but was stopped shortly after by police in Foxborough. He was charged with assault with a dangerous weapon and assault and battery, according to the police log.
